Earn 3x Qantas points per dollar spent on Airbnb and Bunnings Warehouse digital gift cards when you purchase them on Qantas Marketplace.
Until April, the normal earn rate on these gift cards was already 3x points but then Qantas decided to lower them for all of the most popular gift cards.
If you pay for the gift cards using a Qantas Pay prepaid card you can receive an additional 1.25x points per dollar spent (even more with certain credit cards).
The Bunnings gift cards only work in-store but per reports on OzBargain you can apparently exchange them in-store for Bunnings gift cards that are redeemable online.
If you don’t really need the Qantas points, Airbnb gift cards currently earn 5% cashback on Giftz via TopCashback which may be the better offer.
Be careful that you don’t use Qantas points to pay for the gift cards. Move the slider on the payment page so that you are paying exclusively with money.

How long will these be an offer?
It’s unclear. If it were part of a normal offer there would usually be an end date listed and it would have started at midnight.
However, in this case they just manually increased the earn rates for a number of gift cards in the middle of the day which suggests that it may possibly be a permanent change.
Literally bought 3k worth of AirBNB the day before after waiting like 8 weeks!
