Activ Visa gift cards can be used almost anywhere Visa is accepted. If you bought the largest denomination of $400, you would effectively be paying ~$399 after the cashback and $4.95 purchase fee are factored in.

As far as you are aware editor, does 7-Eleven gift cards still work at all service stations?
More or less. It won’t work at automated fuel dispensers and there may be some rare cases where a service station has been assigned an unusual merchant category code but for the most part it should work at almost any service station.
