What is GCDB?

GCDB, short for Gift Card Database, is an independent encyclopaedia of Australian gift card knowledge, news and promotions. We publish guides on how to use your gift cards as well as updates about the latest and best gift card offers and discounts. We do not sell gift cards.

How come X gift card or Y store isn’t on your website?

It’s not feasible for us to provide information on every single gift card or store selling gift cards in Australia as there are simply far too many of them. For gift cards, we’ve chosen to focus on the most popular ones. The stores we cover are those that either stock a wide range of gift cards or regularly run promotions.

Can I let you know about a new offer, gift card or store?

I have a problem with a gift card. Can you help me?

Your first port of call for a gift card issue should be the gift card company itself. Our guides can help people solve common issues associated with certain gift cards but this information is by no means exhaustive. You should always consult the resources and support channels provided by the gift card company. We cannot provide support for products not sold by us.
