This is a truly awful offer as for years the usual bonus on $100 prepaid gift cards at Coles was always 2,000 Flybuys points (worth $10).
With just 1,000 points available this time, it’s impossible to recommend because that’s not even enough to offset the $5.95 purchase fee that you’ll have to pay for each card you buy.
Even if you’re absolutely desperate for points, I’d still suggest that you give this offer a miss. If sales are low then it’s more likely that we’ll see the 2,000 points return in a future promotion.

It might be worth for you not advertise this type of offer so people don’t know about it and don’t buy them.

Some people, particular beginners, aren’t aware of how bad these offers are. I also think it’s helpful to let people know early that an upcoming promotion isn’t a good one so they don’t get their hopes up expecting something better.
Please keep doing it. I am glad that I have been notified what offer should I avoid.
