eBay gift cards will be discontinued on all digital platforms from 3 Aug 2026, although physical eBay gift cards will remain for sale until stocks are depleted.
Summary
You can:
- Use eBay gift cards to purchase items with an Australian eBay account and delivery address
- Redeem a maximum of eight eBay gift cards in a single transaction (potentially fewer if you are also applying voucher codes)
You cannot:
- Redeem more than AU$1,500 worth of eBay gift cards per transaction, AU$2,000 per day and AU$5,000 per calendar month
