eBay gift cards can be used to make purchases on online marketplace eBay.
Summary
You can:
- Use eBay gift cards to purchase items with an Australian eBay account and delivery address
- Redeem a maximum of eight eBay gift cards in a single transaction (potentially fewer if you are also applying voucher codes)
You cannot:
- Redeem more than AU$1,500 worth of eBay gift cards per transaction, AU$2,000 per day and AU$5,000 per calendar month
Promotions
It used to much easier to obtain substantial discounts (e.g. 10% off or 20x points) on eBay gift cards when the TCN Gift and Swap Celebration cards could be exchanged for eBay gift cards. A good promotion on eBay gift cards nowadays is something like the 3% off plus 6x points offers that are sometimes available in the Everyday Rewards app.
