The $5 cashback offer links to the variable load Spending Money gift card with a $5.95 purchase fee but according to Microgift’s terms and conditions you should be able to just buy the fixed value $25 gift card which has a lower fee of $2.50.

That means you will at best make a profit of just $2.50 as you can only earn the bonus cashback once.
