Earn 10x Everyday Rewards points on $50 and $100 Vanilla Visa gift cards when you purchase them in-store at Woolworths between 7 Oct and 13 Oct 2026. Limit of five gift cards per day.
This promotion isn’t worth it because they’ve once again chosen to exclude the $250 and $25-500 variable load Vanilla Visa gift card denominations.
If you buy the $50 and $100 denominations that are included, you will earn just $2.50-5.00 in points which is less than the $5.95 purchase fee on each Visa gift card. To put it simply, you lose money every time.
It is baffling that Woolworths continue to run such disappointing bonuses on prepaid Visa and Mastercard gift cards, especially since Coles are able to offer 1.5-2x the points on the very same products.
If you are fed up with these stingy promotions, you are encouraged to email your thoughts to the Woolworths Gift Cards team.
All it would take for these offers to move from dreadful to decent is the inclusion of the $250 denomination or, alternatively, upping the bonus on the $50 and $100 cards to 20x points.
After all, if Coles can do it, why not Woolworths? A few dozen complaints may just be enough to move the needle.

yeah maybe if you’ve got $500 to launder otherwise there are better ways
If it’s excludes the activation fee from earning edr points im am waiting next week for the TCN/One4All ones or hoyts
And also used to buy mastercard gift cards that had $9.95 activation fees yikes.
Also One extra thing they had TCN on them but they not the ones you can swap them for other gift cards since these are open loop not partnered loop ones.
