Earn 10x Everyday Rewards points per dollar spent on $50 and $100 Vanilla Visa gift cards when you buy them in-store at Woolworths between 25 Jun and 1 Jul 2025. Limit of five gift cards per day.
This is an awful offer as it excludes the only Vanilla Visa denomination worth buying: the $25-500 variable load card.
If you buy the $50 and $100 cards that are included, the amount of points you earn won’t even cover the $5.95 purchase fee that you must pay for each card:
- $50 Visa gift card ($5.95 fee) earns you 500 EDR points worth $2.50
- $100 Visa gift card ($5.95 fee) earns you 1,000 EDR points worth $5.00
In previous offers which included the $25-500 denomination, you could load up to $500 onto each one and earn yourself $25 worth of Everyday Rewards Dollars (or 2,500 Qantas points) for a purchase fee of just $7.95. That’s what made those offers such great value.
Even if you urgently need a few thousand Qantas points to book a reward flight, I’d still recommend giving this offer a miss.

what a shit deal
Been waiting for the $500 vanilla gift cards with 10x ER points that was on promo last year. Was able to earn 50k qantas points from that last year
Long story about how I ended up with one of these, I did have an eftpos card but have now ended up with this Vanilla Visa card, my intention was to use the eftpos card to buy a Luxury Escapes card at Coles, however I now have this Vanilla Visa card, can I still do that or not? I thought that there were more restrictions with the Vanilla Visa but just want to clarify. 🙂
It should work, however, Vanilla Visa gift cards don’t support PINs so Coles will require you to sign for the purchase. Some staff may not approve the transaction if they see you’re paying with a gift card.
