This discount has no known end date and has been observed at Costco locations across the country for several years. That said, stock levels may vary depending on the warehouse you visit.
To shop at Costco, you will need to either be a member yourself ($65/year), have an existing member accompany you or be gifted a Costco Shop gift card.
Costco used to also sell $200 Accor Hotels and $100 Binge and Kayo Sports gift cards for 15% off but this appears to have stopped around late 2024 or early 2025. However, they do still sell $100 DoorDash gift cards for 20% off.

Do Gift Card purchases qualify for the 2% cash back with Costco Executive Memberships? They don’t seem to be an exclusion.
