Myer gift cards can be used at Australian department store Myer. These gift cards are not to be confused with Coles Group & Myer gift cards.
Summary
You can:
- Use Myer gift cards both in-store and online at Myer
- Redeem up to 9 gift cards on the Myer website
- Redeem as many as 28 gift cards in-store per reports on OzBargain
You cannot:
- Use Myer gift cards to purchase other gift cards
- Spend Myer gift cards at some of the subtenants in their stores
- Use Myer gift cards at Coles, Kmart etc – only Coles Group & Myer gift cards
Denominations
Myer gift cards can be loaded with any amount from $5 to $500. Physical Myer gift cards sold at retailers like Coles and Woolworths are available in $50, $100 and $200 denominations.
Expiry
Myer gift card bought after 31 March 2018 are valid for three years from the date of purchase. Those purchased before then are valid for two years. Myer gift cards issued as part of a promotion may have shorter expiry dates.
Promotions
Offers on Myer gift cards are fairly common, occurring once every couple of months or so on average. A typical promotion is 10% bonus value but Coles usually run several 15% bonus offers throughout the year.
