Paylab is an app that allows you to earn rewards when purchasing gift cards.
Summary
You can:
- Earn Paylab Rewards when buying a variety of third-party gift cards (e.g. 5% of the purchase price back)
- Subscribe to one of their paid plans ($5.50-7.50/mo) to earn higher rewards
- Instantly receive Paylab Rewards after buying a gift card
- Redeem your Paylab Rewards on other gift cards, either partially or entirely
You cannot:
- Withdraw Paylab Rewards, only apply them towards other gift card purchases

The Paylab app supports the following payment methods:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Paylab used to have an unavoidable 1% surcharge but this appears to have been removed in early 2025.
Promotions
Paylab sometimes run promotions where you can earn increased Paylab Rewards on certain gift cards. Most of their standard offers aren’t especially compelling as the same gift cards are usually included in better promotions elsewhere.
