Coles Mastercard gift cards can be used almost anywhere Mastercard is accepted both in-store and online.
Buying five of the $100 cards would see you earn 10,525 Flybuys points (equal to $52.63 in Flybuys Dollars or over 5,000 Velocity points) for just $25 in fees.

The purchase limit is five gift cards in total, not five of each denomination or five per day.
This promotion will likely be extremely popular so go first thing Wednesday morning if you can. The $100 cards tend to sell out first because they cost less but earn the same 2,000 bonus points as the $250 cards.
At the time of writing, these gift cards still work when paying the ATO by phone but as of a year ago they no longer work on the ATO or Government EasyPay websites.
