This offer is only available to Uber One members. If you’re not already a member, you should be able to claim four months of free membership via this offer.
To access the discount, open the Uber or Uber Eats app, go the account tab, select Send a Gift and you should see a banner for the 15% off promotion.
15% off is an unusually good saving for Uber gift cards as almost every other offer we’ve seen on them in recent years has been 10% or less.
If you didn’t already know, Uber gift cards can actually be used to pay for rides and orders you made up to 30 days ago if you switch the payment method on your previous purchases.

Do you think this better than the door dash 20% offer ?
The DoorDash offer is objectively better but it’s of no use if you’re wanting to book a ride or order from one of the brands that are exclusive to Uber Eats (e.g. Coles, GyG etc). Uber also sometimes run promotions that are better than what you’ll find on DoorDash.
I became an uber one member but no 15% banner showing for me. I tried logging out and back in. Maybe they’ve pulled the offer already? Is it still showing for others? Maybe it’s targeted and only some members? Or of course I could be doing something wrong 😑
