10x Qantas points per dollar spent on Apple gift cards on Qantas Marketplace

Earn 10x Qantas points per dollar spent when you purchase Apple digital gift cards on the Qantas Marketplace website by 26 Mar 2026. The points usually arrive within 1-2 days.

It’s the same amount of Qantas points per dollar as the offers at Woolworths but the benefit of this one is that you can buy online, there’s no purchase limit and you don’t have to worry about tampered gift cards.

Also, some credit cards award additional points for purchases on Qantas Marketplace. If you don’t have a credit card, even the Qantas Pay prepaid card that’s open to anyone earns 1.25x points per dollar spent on Qantas Marketplace.

For more information about spending Apple gift cards and some of the strategies you can use to save even more (e.g. cashback, price matching, GST refunds etc), check out our detailed guide.

Make sure you move the slider all the way over so that you’re paying entirely with cash and not points as redeeming points on gift cards is terrible value.

  1. How long does it take to receive the gift card via email?
Also, do you know if these cards can be used in-store? Note that woolworths/coles purchased gift cards can only be used for online/over the phone orders.

    Thanks

Usually minutes but in exceptional cases days.

All Apple gift cards can be used in-store. I’ve heard of a few instances of people experiencing issues redeeming physical cards at some stores but as far as I know it’s not because of an across the board change in policy.

If for some reason you can’t get them to accept the gift card codes, you should be able to redeem them onto your Apple account, add your account balance to Apple Pay and then tap your phone or watch to pay like you would with a credit or debit card.

      1. Yes, I did that still could not pay with Apple Pay in two instances during different days. Had to place the order via de Apple Store App, pay there with the apple balance in my account and collect in the store (I waited around 15-20min for the order to be ready for pick up)

        Thanks for your insights 🙂
