Earn 10x Everyday Rewards points on $50 and $100 Vanilla Mastercard gift cards when you buy them in-store at Woolworths between 17 Sep and 23 Sep 2025. Limit of five gift cards per day.
This offer is a complete joke but it’s not surprising as every promotion Woolworths have run this year on prepaid Mastercard, Visa and Eftpos gift cards has been utterly terrible.
Last year they always included in the $25-500 variable load cards so you could earn as much as $25 worth of Everyday Rewards points (or 2,500 Qantas points) for a purchase fee of just $7.95.
With just the $50 and $100 cards included this year, at best you will earn $5 worth of points for a purchase fee of $5.95, meaning you’re guaranteed to lose money every time.
Compare that to the recent promotion Coles ran on the same Mastercard gift cards where you could earn 2,105 Flybuys points (worth $10.50) when buying the $100 denomination for an even cheaper purchase fee of just $5.
Feel free to lodge your complaints with both Everyday Rewards and Woolworths Gift Cards.

Yep. I’ll be buying as many as I can get!
Yes, lets all write in and complain that they’re not running promotions at below cost like they used to.
Coles have just run two better promotions on prepaid gift cards from the same company (InComm) and will do so again. Woolworths could do better than these offers and they know it.
You must think Woolworths is a charity!
hahahahahahaha
And you must think that I can’t tell when the same user posts multiple comments under different names.
Why would someone want to create the illusion that a bad promotion is more popular than it is?
I don’t think it is that bad turn out to be about 1.2c per point.
great offer!
