Earn 10x Everyday Rewards points on Restaurant Choice, Cafe Choice and Ultimate gift cards when you purchase them in-store at Woolworths between 22 Jul and 28 Jul 2026.
For the fixed value gift cards the purchase limit is five per day and for the variable load denominations it’s two per day.
This promotion isn’t recommended because it’s only half as good as the usual offers we see on these gift cards (e.g. 20x points or 10% off).
Even if you need these particular gift cards and can’t wait for a better offer, we’d still suggest skipping it as no one wants to see this become the norm.

The new norm I’m afraid., every business everywhere increasing prices, cutting costs.
How is this the new norm.. literally have never done 10x points on Ultimate gift cards. The last 10 promotions have been 20x points or 10 percent off. It is not the new norm.
Maybe. But this is how it started for the prepaid Visa and MC cards.
It’s always been 10x for Visa and MC, and they’ve always been marked as a “bad offer”
Exactly, never done this before. Just like qantas reduction in loyalty, this will become normal. Cost cutting!
nah
ill bet you all a gift card, that there will 20x points on ultimate in the next 2 offers
Do you know what denominations of the restaurant and Cafe choice cards? Is the $500 included?
The $50-500 variable load Cafe Choice gift card is included.
buy buy buy
restraunt choice 50-500 aswell?
The Cafe Choice gift card is identical to the Restaurant Choice gift card. I believe Woolworths now only stock the Restaurant Choice in a $100 denomination.
the cafe choice can be used in all the same restraunts?
Yes. They support the exact same list of merchant category codes.
editor, what do you think, is this the new norm? have they done 10x points before on the ultimates?
Blackhawk Network (the gift card company) have tried this sort of thing several times before at Coles and Big W so whilst it’s disappointing to see Woolworths indulge them this time, it’s really nothing new.
Of course, if more and more people participate in these worse offers then they could one day become permanent. After all, it was only a few years ago that 15% off was quite common.
I went today to get a gift card and I didn’t get any extra points? Last time I did it, I got the points immediately and it showed up on the scanner.
Me too. Did anyone else experience a delay in receiving it? I know the terms say 14 business days but it’s the first time it wasn’t instantly available
