Use this form to let us know where you have successfully or unsuccessfully used a merchant category gift card or to provide additional information about a merchant (e.g. their MCC, if they allow split payments etc).

To avoid the list becoming unnecessarily large, we’re only interested in national brands or businesses with multiple locations.
