Waivpay is a company that produces prepaid open loop Mastercard and Eftpos gift cards on behalf of other brands. Many shopping centre gift cards are rebranded Waivpay gift cards (e.g. Chadstone, Melbourne Central, Highpoint etc).

Types of Waivpay gift cards
Waivpay produces both physical Eftpos gift cards as well as digital Mastercard gift cards. Physical Eftpos gift cards must be posted to you or collected in-person (where available), whilst Mastercard gift cards can be added to your mobile wallet or used online.

Denominations and fees
Most brands that sell Waivpay gift cards will only let you load between $5 and $250 on each card, however, some (e.g. Chadstone) will let you load up to $1,000. Whatever amount you choose to load, the purchase fee remains just $2.95.

There has never been a promotion on Waivpay gift cards as far as we can tell.
